It is obvious that a freshman going to Las Vegas to party will most likely not enjoy as much as a 21 year old upperclassman. This is why it is best to enjoy it at a beach like Panama City Beach. This is home to the MTV spring break and about 500,000 people find their way to Panama City Beach to party and enjoy the city. There will be celebrities at almost every corner and you will be able to party without having to rely on alcohol to enjoy. There are tons of clubs to enjoy and they will be open until 4am. If you don't feel like going to clubs, you can also enjoy the enormous beach parties that flood the whole city.
